this competition was held on the 29-30 june 2008...

well it was my 1st time there... it was the time to see who is better in evrything that was sparing and patten... so sad i couldn't make it to the patten competition... well to be more info i got 3rd place well its better than nothing rite..
well we all have to stop wad we doing stand up and bow to give respect... well i got punch in the face haha it kinda hurts tho... lol i lost by 1 point crap la...
well when i arrive there i saw alot people... some of them they are good fighters.. well we actually cant have hard contact but who cares we still hard contact... well alot people kena yellow card haha... well some of the fights are so violent. well there was two case of bad injury. first the girl leg something wrg and second is a boy had asthma ... well everybody is a winner.. but the Green road school got the most trophy. oh well... wad to do... lol... every body had so much fun... well i got bruises at my leg lol...
